In Episode 14 we take off for Pittsburgh, PA to purchase a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Jeep LJ) from 2-time KOH Champion, Erik Miller. After spending a week in Moab in the Silver Bullet LJ, we realized we needed to have one of our own. Instead of building one from scratch, we did the next best thing – find one built from someone who knows a thing or two about off-road vehicles. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited LJ, built from 2004 to 2006, serves as one of the more highly sought after 4×4’s due to its extended wheel base and additional cargo room over its sister vehicle, the Jeep TJ. What makes this build even more rare is its 6.2L LS Series V8 motor paired with a 6L80E transmission, which boast a combination of 420 HP and 440 LB-FT of torque!
